- Knowledge of SmartSolve Document Management and document capture/image capture systems
- Familiar with different file types
- Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
- Responsible for all project documents, transmittals, submittals and ensures proper distribution
- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of Proliance documentations.
- Coordinates all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, commercial correspondence, Company Documentation cycles, and Internal and External letters.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
